The College Online Maintenance System (OMS) is now live. This enables Fellows, staff and students to submit maintenance requests online and receive progress updates via e-mail if required. The OMS can be accessed here:

The process works as follows:

  1. You will need to log into the system using a generic login:

Username: dow2017
Password: EastHatley1685

  1. An acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to the [email protected] address when the OMS request is made. Update e-mails will be sent as before to the same address. 

Please use the OMS form to submit maintenance requests unless your report is of an urgent problem involving personal safety or security of a property. In these cases you must contact the Porters' Lodge directly to report the matter. Please note that the Buildings & Maintenance Department is only staffed during normal office hours. Faults are prioritised according to urgency and level of disruption. We are unlikely to be able to achieve same-day service, other than for emergencies, for issues reported after midday.

If you need to make an urgent report at the weekend or after midday on a Friday then you should contact the Porters' Lodge directly. The Porters will make the necessary arrangements to attend to the issue and submit an online report on your behalf.
